Rule 25-F907 - IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD - RESUMPTION OF OPERATIONS
907.1

If operations are discontinued as specified in Section 906 or otherwise according to applicable D.C. laws and regulations, the licensee shall obtain approval from the Department before resuming operations.

907.2

The Department shall determine whether a licensee needs to discontinue operations that are unaffected by the imminent health hazard in a tanning facility as determined by the Department or other District agency.
