Rule 25-F1116 - JUDICIAL - CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, OR IMPRISONMENT
1116.1

Any person who knowingly violates any provision of these regulations shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year, or both, for each violation. Each day of any failure to comply with these regulations shall constitute a separate offense and the penalties prescribed in this section shall apply to each separate offense in accordance with the Department of Health Functions Clarification Act of 2002, effective October 3, 2001, as amended, (D.C. Law 14-28; D.C. Official Code § 7-731(b) (2008 Repl.; 2012 Supp.)).
