The following fees apply to all barber, cosmetology, and personal grooming facilities.

If the Department determines that a barber, cosmetology, or personal grooming facility is operating without having completed the initial application process and without having received a license from the Department, an initial application fee will be assessed.
If the Department determines that a barber, cosmetology, or personal grooming facility is operating without having received a pre-operational or change of ownership inspection, an initial inspection will be conducted, and associated fees will be assessed to the facility.
