After receiving a request by email, certified mail, or fax from the licensee stating that the conditions cited in the summary suspension order no longer exist, the Department shall conduct a reinspection of the barber, cosmetology, or personal grooming facility for which the license was summarily suspended within three (3) business days of receiving the licensee's request.
