Rule 25-E707 - ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT ACTION - SUMMARY SUSPENSION OF FACILITY LICENSE, CONDITIONS WARRANTING ACTION
707.1

The Department may summarily suspend a facility license to operate a barber, cosmetology, or personal grooming facility, when the Department:

(a) Is denied access to a facility in violation of § 609; or
(b) Determines through an inspection, examination of records, or other means as specified in this Subtitle that an imminent health hazard exists, as specified in § 614.
