Rule 25-E615 - IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARDS - RESTORATION OF FACILITY OPERATIONS [(Critical Section)]

615.1

If the facility is closed as specified in § 614, the licensee shall obtain approval from the Department as specified in § 616 before resuming operations.
