Rule 25-E209 - MAINTENANCE RECORDS - STERILIZERS [(Critical Section)]209.1 If the manufacturer requires calibration of sterilization equipment, it shall be performed by an independent laboratory that will calibrate the equipment biennially or more frequently if recommended by the manufacturer, and:
(a) The most recent records of the calibrations shall be maintained on the premises for inspection by the Department;(b) The calibration records shall not be older than one year unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer; and(c) Sterilizers shall be spore tested in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and records of the spore tests shall be maintained on the premises for three (3) years after the date of the results for inspection by the Department, except as specified in section 613.D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 25, r. 25-E209
