Rule 25-D1612 - ADMINISTRATIVE - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TERM OF SUSPENSION, REINSTATEMENT
1612.1

A summary suspension shall remain in effect until the conditions cited in the notice of suspension no longer exist and the Department has confirmed, through re-inspection or other appropriate means that the conditions cited in the notice of suspension have been eliminated.

1612.2

The suspended license shall be reinstated if the Department and the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department determine that the public health hazard or nuisance no longer exists. A notice of reinstatement shall be provided to the licensee.
