Rule 25-C6473 - ENFORCEMENT ACTION - CONDITIONS WARRANTING REMEDY6473.1The Department may seek an administrative or judicial remedy to achieve compliance with the provisions of these regulations if a licensee or person operating a public swimming pool or spa, or employee:
(a) Fails to have a valid license as specified in section 6445;(b) Violates any term or condition of a license as specified in section 6453;(c) Fails to allow the Department access to a swimming pool or spa as specified in section 6455;(d) Fails to comply with directives of the Department including time frames for corrective actions specified in the inspection reports, orders, or warnings of the Department as specified in sections 6465 and 6467;(e) Fails to comply with a summary suspension order by the Department as specified in this section; or(f) Fails to comply with an order issued as a result of an administrative hearing.6473.2The Department may simultaneously use one or more of the remedies listed in this chapter to address a violation of this Regulation.
