Rule 25-B602 - IMPORTED MANUFACTURED OR PROCESSED FOOD

Manufacturers, processors, and packers that import food for human consumption into the District, or operators of storage facilities that hold food for human or animal consumption in the District shall be registered with the FDA in accordance with 21 CFR 1.225 - Who must register under this subpart?
