Rule 25-B3605 - PROHIBITED PRACTICES - MISBRANDING, FAILURE TO SHOW USUAL NAME AND INGREDIENTS3605.1A food shall be deemed to be misbranded unless its label bears:
(a) The common or usual name of the food, if any; and(b) If the food is fabricated from two or more ingredients, the common or usual name of each ingredient; except that spices, flavorings, and colorings, other than those sold as such, may be designated as spices, flavorings, and colorings without naming each. Compliance with this section shall not be required if compliance is impractical or would result in deception or unfair competition.D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 25, r. 25-B3605
