Rule 25-B3512 - ADMINISTRATIVE - CONDEMNATION ORDER, OFFICIAL TAGGING OR MARKING OF EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, AND FOOD PACKAGING MATERIALS

3512.1

The Department shall place a tag, label, or other appropriate marking to indicate the condemnation of equipment, utensils, or food packaging materials that do not meet the requirements of this Code.

3512.2

The tag or other method used to identify the equipment, utensils, or food packaging materials that is the subject of a condemnation order shall include a summary of the provisions specified in section 3511 and shall be signed and dated by the Department.
