If operations are discontinued as specified in section 3210 or otherwise according to District laws and regulations, the licensee or dealer shall obtain approval from the Department before resuming operations.
A licensee or dealer need not discontinue operations in a food processing area that is unaffected by the imminent health hazard as determined by the Department or other District agency.
