Rule 25-B3207 - REPORT OF FINDINGS - ISSUING REPORT AND OBTAINING ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT
3207.1

At the conclusion of the inspection, the Department shall provide a copy of the completed inspection report and the notice to correct violations to the licensee or dealer, and request a signed acknowledgment of receipt. The inspection report shall contain a listing of violations by area in the operation and inspection item with corresponding citations to applicable Code provisions.
