Rule 25-B3105 - ISSUANCE OF LICENSE, CERTIFICATION - NEW, CONVERTED, OR REMODELED FOOD PROCESSING OPERATIONS

3105.1

For food processing operations that are required to submit plans as specified in section 3000, the Department shall issue a license or dealer certification to an applicant after:

(a) A properly completed application is submitted;

(b) The required fee is submitted;

(c) The required plans, specifications, and information are reviewed and approved; and

(d) A preoperational inspection as specified in section 3005 has been conducted that shows the operation is built or remodeled in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and that the operation is in compliance with this Code.
