Rule 25-B2816 - WASTE DISPOSAL

2816.1

Disposal of waste materials shall not create a public health hazard or nuisance.

2816.2

All areas and receptacles used for the storage or conveyance of waste shall be operated and maintained to prevent the attraction, harborage, or breeding of insects, rodents, and vermin in accordance with chapter 16.
