A dealer whose certification has been suspended or revoked in accordance with section 3521.1, or whose certification is automatically withdrawn from the ICSSL on the date of expiration shall not conduct shellfish operations at any facility that no longer has a valid certification until the dealer meets the requirements of section 2305 or 2306, obtains a new certification from the Department for the facility, and is listed on the ICSSL pursuant to section 2307.2.
