Rule 25-B2305 - DEALER CERTIFICATION - INITIAL REQUIREMENTS

2305.1

An initial certification shall be issued by the Department only when the applicant has met the following requirements:

(a) The applicant has an HACCP plan approved by the Department; and

(b) Not more than two (2) critical violations and two (2) noncritical violations are cited during an inspection of the dealer's operation in accordance with section 2304.1.

2305.2

If the dealer's operation contains violations, the initial certification shall include a compliance schedule to correct any violations not corrected by the dealer during the inspection.
