Rule 25-B1912 - DISTRESSED MERCHANDISE - SEGREGATION AND LOCATION

1912.1

Products that are returned to the distributor for credit or redemption, including damaged, spoiled, or recalled products, shall be segregated and held in designated areas that are separated from food, equipment, utensils, food-contact surfaces, and food-packaging materials.
