Rule 24-509 - VENDING SITE PERMIT: APPLICATION509.1A person shall submit an application for a Vending Site Permit to the DCRA Director with the person's application for an initial Vending Business License.
509.2A licensed vendor may submit an application for a Vending Site Permit to the DCRA Director separately from an application for a Vending Business License if:
(a) The vendor is seeking to change his or her Vending Location; or(b) The vendor is seeking to add an additional Vending Location.509.3The application for a Vending Site Permit shall be made on a form prescribed by the DCRA Director and shall include such information and documents as may be required by the DCRA Director and the District agency issuing or assigning the license, permit, or certificate.
