Rule 24-1317 - PROCEEDINGS BY MAIL
1317.1

In cases where a respondent shows good cause for not scheduling and attending a hearing, personally or through a representative, the Director or his or her designee may permit the matter to be adjudicated by mail.

1317.2

Letters, memoranda, affidavits, photographs, or other documentary materials shall be acceptable for the purposes of adjudication by mail.

1317.3

The Director or his or her designee may exclude from consideration any material which is not relevant to the adjudication of the alleged violation.
