Rule 24-1303 - NOTICE OF VIOLATION FOR A NON-ABATEMENT INFRACTION

1303.1

A Notice of Violation for a non-abatement infraction shall be served by the Mayor or his or her designated agent in the manner prescribed in § 1305.
