Rule 24-115 - SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERSKATES, AND ROLLERBLADES
115.1

Any person using skateboards, rollerskates, roller blades, or similar devices upon the parks and plazas located in the Pennsylvania Avenue Development area shall be subject to the rules under 18 DCMR §§ 1211.3 through 1211.10.
