Rule 23-1500 - APPLICABILITY

1500.1

This chapter shall govern all notices to the public, government officials, licensees and applicants for a license, concerning the following:

(a) Applications for new licenses;

(b) Applications to renew licenses or transfer licenses to new locations;

(c) Applications to substantially change the nature of operations at a licensed establishment; and

(d) Applications to transfer licenses to new owners.
