Rule 22-B6704 - INSPECTIONS6704.1The Director or the Director's authorized representatives shall have the power to enter at all reasonable times upon any private or public property for the following purposes:
(a) To determine whether there is compliance with or violation of the radiation provisions of this title, and with the standards and requirements issued pursuant to those provisions; and(b) To inspect sources of radiation and the premises and facilities wherein the sources of radiation are stored.6704.2Entry into areas under the jurisdiction of the federal government shall occur only with the concurrence of the federal government or its duly designated representative.
6704.3Entry upon private property shall be in accordance with the law.
