Rule 22-B4909 - CONDUCT OF HEARINGS

4909.1

Hearings shall be conducted and appeals shall be heard in accordance with the rules governing the conduct of administrative hearings for health-care facilities, located at 22 DCMR 3110, 3111 and 3112.
