If a home care agency provides occupational therapy services, it shall provide those services in accordance with the patient's plan of care.
Occupational therapy services shall be provided by order of a physician by a licensed occupational therapist.
Occupational therapy shall be designed to maximize independence, prevent further disability, and maintain health.
The occupational therapist shall conduct an initial evaluation and shall prepare clinical and progress notes.
