Rule 22-B2725 - ORGAN PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY

2725.1

Each adult trauma care facility shall have an Organ Donation and Transplantation Program.

2725.2

Each adult trauma care facility shall develop policies and procedures for ensuring access to information on the option to donate organs.
