Rule 22-B1933 - DECISIONS
1933.1

The decision of the Director shall include the following:

(a) Findings of fact;
(b) Conclusions of law; and
(c) A statement informing the respondent concerning his or her right to have the decision reviewed by the Board of Appeals and Review, and the time period within which the request for such a review must be filed.
1933.2

Within seven (7) days after the decision issued, the Director shall serve upon the respondent, or his or her attorney of record, a copy of the written decision, either by personal service or certified mail, return receipt requested. If served by certified mail, it shall be deemed served on the date contained on the return receipt for acceptance or refusal, or the date of the unsuccessful attempt of the postal service to make delivery.
