All dredging, construction, reconstruction, or repairs approved shall be started within six (6) months after the date of the issuance of the permit for the work.
All work approved shall proceed to completion in accordance with the terms of the permit issued for the work.
If the work is not started within the six (6) month period provided under § 602.1, the permit issued for the work shall expire.
