Rule 21-2038 - ANTI-SCAVENGING2038.1Nothing in this chapter shall limit the right of an individual to donate, sell, or otherwise recycle his or her materials.
2038.2After materials are placed out for collection by a recycling hauler, the materials shall not be removed by anyone other than the hauler.
