2002.1Owners and occupants shall separate paper, paperboard, and cardboard from their general household solid waste and set it out for recycling.
2002.2Paper, paperboard, and cardboard shall be placed in recycling bins approved by the Director or in bins of a similar size and shape and with similar handles. These materials may be placed in the same recycling bin as metal food and beverage containers, glass food and beverage containers, and plastic containers placed out for recycling.
2002.3Contaminated or soiled paper, paperboard, or cardboard shall not be separated from general household waste and shall not be placed out for recycling purposes.
