A well constructed for the purpose of determining the physical or chemical characteristics of groundwater shall be developed in accordance with the requirements of this section.
Well development shall consist of cyclic or intermittent pumping, surging, or both, either mechanically or by using potable water or air under pressure.
Well development shall continue until formation cuttings, mud, drilling fluids and additives are removed from the well.
Well development shall occur as soon as feasible following installation and after grout is firmly set, but no sooner than twenty-four (24) hours.
A well shall be developed to remove the fine sands, silts, clays, and rock particles from the aquifer surrounding the well screen or intake interval, to meet the following requirements:
