Rule 21-1000 - PURPOSE

The purpose of this chapter is to implement the provisions of the Anacostia River Clean Up and Protection Act of 2009, effective September 23, 2009 (D.C. Law 18-55; D.C. Official Code § 2-1226.51et seq.).
