Rule 19-4328 - LABOR-HOUR CONTRACTS

4328.1

The CCO may use a labor-hour contract when materials are not required.

4328.2

A labor-hour contract is a variation of a time and materials contract and may be used when a contractor's hourly rates are fixed.
