Rule 19-4318 - COST OR PRICING DATA

4318.1

The CCO may require the submission of cost or pricing data for contracts estimated in excess of five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000).

4318.2

The CCO shall develop procedures for the submission and evaluation of cost or pricing data in the Library procurement manual.
