Rule 19-1021 - PENALTY
1021.1

Any person willfully violating any of the provisions of §§ 1019 or 1020 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or be imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both.

1021.2

Prosecutions for violations of §§ 1019 and 1020 shall be by the Attorney General for the District of Columbia in the name of the District of Columbia.
