Rule 18-1406 - OTHER FEDERAL REGULATIONS

1406.1

Motor carriers and shippers shall be required to comply with all other federal regulations that are referenced in title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 171 through 180, and 382, 383, 385, 386, 387, 388, and 389 through 399 and the Federal Hazardous Materials Regulations Part 107 (subparts F and G only).
