A person applying for registration ("an applicant") as a DT shall undergo a criminal background check (CBC) prior to issuance of the registration.
After issuance of an initial certification, the applicant shall undergo an additional CBC as determined by Title 17 DCMR Chapter 85.
The Board shall review the positive results of an applicant's CBC.
