Rule 17-9302 - TERM OF CERTIFICATION

9302.1

Subject to § 9301.1, a certification issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at 11:59 p.m. of October 30 of each odd-numbered year.

9302.2

The Director may modify the renewal system pursuant to § 4006.3 of chapter 40 of this title and may modify the date on which a certification expires.
