Rule 17-9300 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

9300.1

This chapter applies to applicants for, and holders of, a certification to practice as a home health aide (HHA).

9300.2

Chapter 40 (Health Occupations: General Rules) and 41 (Health Occupations: Administrative Procedures) of this title shall supplement this chapter.
