Rule 17-7311 - RE-LICENSURE7311.1The requirements of this section shall apply to persons seeking re-licensure five (5) or more years after the expiration of their license.
7311.2A re-licensure applicant shall submit proof educational and examination eligibilities in accordance with the requirements of §§ 7302 and 7303 and one of the following:
(a) A certificate of good standing from a jurisdiction in the United States in which he or she holds an active license; or(b) Proof of completion of one hundred sixty (160) hours of supervised practice in accordance with § 7316 within the two (2) months prior to the date the application is submitted.D.C.
