Rule 17-753 - STATUTORY TRUSTS: USE OF AMENDMENT, ARTICLES OF CONVERSION OR ARTICLES OF MERGER

753.1

A statutory trust shall not use an amendment, articles of conversion, or articles of merger to amend:

(a) The registered agent on record;

(b) The name of the initial trustee; or

(c) The address of the initial trustee.
