Rule 17-750 - LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS: PAYMENT OF A FOR-PROFIT FILING FEE750.1If a limited cooperative association does not specify a nonprofit purpose in the articles of organization filed with the Superintendent, the limited cooperative association shall pay a for-profit filing fee.
