Rule 17-746 - LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS: NONJUDICIAL DISSOLUTION
746.1

A dissolved limited liability partnership that has completed winding up and is in good standing shall submit to the Superintendent a statement of dissolution for filing.
