Rule 17-723 - TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION FOR DOMESTIC ENTITIES723.1A domestic filing entity whose registration is terminated and seeks reinstatement in the District shall:
(a) Comply with the same rules found in Chapter 1 (General Provisions) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 29-101.01et seq. (2011 Repl.)) governing a domestic filing entity that is dissolved administratively and seeking reinstatement;(b) File with the Superintendent all reports which would have been due to the Superintendent while the entity was dissolved administratively; and(c) Pay all corporate filing fees which would have been due to the Superintendent while the entity was dissolved administratively.D.C.
