Rule 17-605 - GENERAL PARTNERSHIPS FILING FEES
605.1

The following fees shall be charged for filings by general partnerships:

(a) Statement of partnership authority: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(b) Statement of denial: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(c) Statement of dissociation: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(d) Statement of dissolution: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(e) Statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(f) Statement of interest exchanges: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(g) Certificate of good standing or status certificates: fifty dollars ($50);
(h) Certified copy of filing: fifty dollars ($50);
(i) Biennial report: three hundred dollars ($300);
(1) Late fee: an additional one hundred dollars ($100);
(j) Reservation of name or its transfer: fifty dollars ($50);
(k) Registration of name or its renewal: two hundred dollars ($200);
(l) Change of registered agent by entity: fifty dollars ($50);
(m) Change of name or address by noncommercial registered agent: fifty dollars ($50);
(n) Foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(o) Amendment of foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(p) Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign entity: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(q) Withdrawal on dissolution or conversion to non-filing entity other than limited liability partnership: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(r) Transfer of registration: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(s) Termination of registration reinstatement: three hundred dollars ($300);
(t) Reinstatement after administrative dissolution: three hundred dollars ($300);
(u) Statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(v) Amendment or abandonment of statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(w) Statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(x) Amendment or abandonment of statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
(y) Statement of cancellation: two hundred twenty dollars ($220); and
(z) Statement of amendment: two hundred twenty dollars ($220).
