Rule 17-3101 - CLASSES OF LICENSURE

3101.1

The following classes of licenses shall be issued to qualified applicants in accordance with D.C. Official Code §§ 3-405(e) and (f) (2012 Repl.):

(a) Funeral Home Establishment;

(b) Funeral Home Establishment - Surviving Spouse; and

(c) Funeral Home Establishment - Estate.
