Rule 17-2900 - APPLICABILITY

2900.1

This chapter shall apply to applicants for and holders of a license to operate an animal facility.

2900.2

Chapter 28 (Veterinarians) of this title shall supplement this chapter.

2900.3

All animal facilities in the District shall meet requirements set forth in this chapter by March 2, 1989.
