Subject to § 10101.2, a registration issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at 12:00 Midnight of December 31 of each even-numbered year.
Pursuant to § 4006.3, the Director may change the renewal system and the expiration dates of registrations issued pursuant to this chapter.
